Nexus tours has very poor customer service and doesn t take ownership for the errors that occurred due to their mismanagement of booking. Booked 1 hour horse back riding tour in Punta Cana (from Nickelodeon resort), which included transformation. Pick up from hotel was 30 mins late and after tour was over, they made us wait for over 2 hours to get driven back to the hotel (which was 15 mins away). David (tour guide) kept on saying that car will be there in 5 mins. Was even willing to take taxi myself but there were no taxis available. Instead of returning to hotel at 1 pm, ended up coming back at 4:30!!!! When walked into the hotel, Jose (from Nexus) who did the booking, saw what happened, apologized and said that I would get compensated. He just had to discuss with his manager and would text me. Needless to say, he never texted and didn t even email copy of the receipt so I can follow up to get compensated!
