Recently worked with the dealership to buy a new car through COSTCO Car Purchase Program. The salesperson explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. We did not feel pressured or rushed, Test driving was not rushed and the salesperson was responsive to our questions during and after. Also had our current car serviced recently and the service rep was attentive and responsive. They even arranged a free Lyft ride to my home as their service shuttle was crowded. I felt they pay detailed attention to customer service and care in many ways. I'd recommend them highly for both purchase and service.
