Myself Sumanta Santra, Working here from 1st July, 2019 as a Compliance Auditor. I am from totally different sector. I was in Logistic farm since 2010 to mid of 2019. So I faced so many hurdle in C-Quel from day one. But there are so many helpful hands to help me to cross that all hurdle very smoothly. from day one literally I didn t get any clue to do my job. I was not at all excited for my job and all. But I must thank to some of my colleagues, because they brought the interest of work for me in C-Quel. And they are:
First and foremost the Kuntal Acharya as my team leader. He just took the place of my compliance solicitor. Without him it was not possible to understand the whole thing to me so easily.
Then I must take a name Kaushiki. Though she is not enough experienced but she helped me a lot to understand the whole thing and to do my job correctly.
Except them Sandip da, Saha da, Sudipta Da, Chandra, Rupa, Devangshu all were there to help me to fit in this totally new Sector. I already went to outside vendor audit and shops audit with Sugata da, and Sudipta da & Chandra. Those all are also superb experience.
Now I must have to say about the Compliance God (as per me) Mr. Abhijit Bhattacharya. He is just a magic. Whenever I faced any problem, he was there to solve it <3

Now I want to focus on my job role & satisfactory level. I do audit through offsite and as well as sometimes onsite. Whenever I do my job, I can feel some greatness in me. Because somehow I can feel the glory to help so many poor and helpless people, who are cheated financially since an era by their Employer. When I heard from one of my colleague and my Musical Brother, Archan da, that we are so much blessed by the employees every time whenever we visit to the site. They treat us as their God.
We all need to serve our helping hand to everyone. C-Quel gave me this opportunity to do the same. Here is my Job satisfaction
Apart from that there is one more reason I love my job desperately. And that is Touring . I just love to travel across the world. The initiative has been started with C-Quel
Here is the one more interest to do this job in C-Quel. Because this KPO farm has trained me the Labour Laws, Labour Compliance Laws, Minimum Wages Laws etc. There are so many people like, Archan Da, Joy Da, Rishabh, Debabrati to help me to understand the Laws as I am not from any Law Background.
There is one more plus point to do the job here. I love to do job in excel, which is most important part of job here. So through C-Quel I can make my Excel Skill much better by sharing knowledge among all of us.

Hence, The entire team of C-Quel & mainly the Compliance team of C-Quel, is just awesome for make you Professional Auditor, to achieve great personality in life. I will always be grateful to Aditi Ma am to give this Opportunity to be a member of Team C-Quel.
