Usually I don't write reviews, but with the exceptional service quality I received from Tatyana G., I thought I must write a review.
On February 14, 2020 I called and Tatyana answered. I wasn't sure which trip to consider, she took the time to explain various trips and countries.
Finally, I chose the "Balkan Adventure". She also worked very patiently with flight options. She explained very clearly all procedures.
A week later, one of my girls wanted to change her flight, so Tatyana made the change very smoothly and worked on the best price.
Two days later, I called Tatyana twice and left a message, she got back to me promptly.
Today, February 27, my second daughter also wanted to change her flight options. Tatyana took the time to get the best option timing wise and money wise.
All throughout dealing with Tatyana I could sense her smile and pleasant demeanor across the phone.
Thank you Tatyana, and thank you Trafalgar management for an excellent choice of top notch representatives. Keep it Trafalgar.

We took the trip Vancouver to Calgary from September 14-22, 2019. Our tour guide, Lisa and driver, Darren were great. They went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was amazing. One of our tours was cancelled due to fog but they made sure we had a few extra stops to get amazing pictures and views of other lakes. Loved the rotation of seats on the bus so that we could all experience the great views of the mountains. We packed a lot of stops in this short time....which meant early morning departures but all was so worth it. Loved all the accommodations and meals provided. Fun games on the bus to keep us all entertained. A very memorable trip. We will definitely travel with Trafalgar again.

Top-notch excellent service. We have travelled with them four times so far and booked our fifth already. Hotels are he best and close to the local attractions! The travel guides are very knowledgeable and organized. If you're looking for a worryfree travelling, Trafalgar is the way to go !!

Do not live up to expectations.
You pay a higher price but service and hotels not up to pat.

Rome & Tuscan Highlights - amazing!
I had been to Italy before on other trips (independently and with a tour group) and I never saw/did half the stuff as on this one. Trafalgar makes your vacation an ease and takes care of everything, so you just get to enjoy.
The food was incredible, the included meals always had lots of local wine and we had the most delicious olive oil ever at a local family's house for dinner. I don't know how you would ever do that on your own, and it wouldn't be the same without the group.
My favorite experiences were the VIP entry into the Bramante staircase, other groups wanted to get in! Also the Colosseum guided tour, I learned so much. I want to do it again since they've added a private tour and dinner at the Vatican which sounds amazing!
If you're thinking of doing Italy, do a Trafalgar, there's no better way!

Fairly easy to use, trips sound great, prices are good.

We had a great time on our recent trip with Trafalgar! From our hotels, food and entertainment to our amazing and knowledgeable travel director, it was more than we could have asked for! The 'be my guest experience' was simply the best and most unique way to get to know the locals and their culture - Ireland has so much to offer!

Recently went to France with Trafalgar and my experience was amazing! All the details were taken care of, I literally just had to show up. It was the least stressed I've ever been going on a vacation. The Travel Director was very knowledgeable and he took us to see quite a few hidden gems that you wouldn't normally see if you were vacationing by yourself. 11/10 would travel with them again!

I had the pleasure of going on the Best of Devon and Cornwall Trip with Trafalgar in June. This was my first Coach tour experience and it was phenomenal. I had heard about early mornings with this type of travel, but found I was up early anyways, and "early" to depart was generally around 8:00am. I also was worried that we would be following around the Tour Guide with the Flag, but this wasn't the case at all. 90% of the stops we made, we were given free time to explore the area on our own, which was fantastic. We had special VIP Entrance to the Roman Baths, so we didn't have to wait in line! Trafalgar also had the Be My Guest Experience which was great as it gave us the chance to meet lovely locals in their place of business, which was their farmstead. We were treated to some great stories about their homestead and business, followed by a delicious lunch of the traditional Cornish Pasties and Cream Tea! Our Travel Director was awesome. Full of wonderful stories that I wouldn't have had if I was driving on my own. Having the Travel Director helps you to really understand the area which is rich in history and culture. You also see so much of the destination that you wouldn't see if you were travelling on your own. My experience with Trafalgar was Fantastic and I would not hesitate again to go on another Trafalgar Trip!

I recently had the opportunity to visit a lovely lady named Beatrice at her farm in France on Trafalgar's Treasures of Normandy trip. It was an amazing experience getting to share a meal with her and learn about her family and her home. I don't think I would have had an opportunity like this if it weren't for Trafalgar!

Simply the best way to travel! I just finished "Italian Holidays" with Trafalgar Tours and it is by far my best travelling experience. The itinerary was a bit fast faced but that's the reason I took it. It is very important to understand the trip style and it's pace before taking one. I wanted to see more in less time and I think Trafalgar did a great job in fulfilling that wish. The Travel Director was amazing at whatever he did, be it taking care or us, his knowledge about each destination we visited or his impeccable humor at keeping us entertained(which is always the hardest thing to do). The hotels were also centrally located which helped me in my quest for gelato every single night. All the local specialist were extremely knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. This is very important for me being a history buff. I highly recommend to take all available optional experiences, since it really brings the destination to life. Optionals' do cost a little extra but it does full justice and it's completely worth it! Trafalgar's Be My Guest was my trip Highlight which I will never forget. Kudos to Trafalgar for coming up with such unique and great idea. It really sets Trafalgar apart and makes it superior for me compared to other Tour Operators. I will definitely recommend Trafalgar to my friends and to every person I have a conversation about travel.

Best of South Africa - Amazing Trip and Destination

WOW, is all I can say about South Africa and Trafalgar. I have travelled with them before and this trip was equally impressive. Adel our Travel Director was incredible, intelligent, funny and accommodating. The trip would not have been the same without her and the outstanding drivers. Our Be My Guest was at a winery in Franschhoek was a wonderful treat in the family home. The owners were gracious and entertaining.

The safari drive was mind blowing! Seeing giraffes, elephants, lions, rhinos and so much more was incredible. I would go back to South Africa in a heartbeat, especially with Trafalgar! 5 star all the way!

We just took our 3rd trip with Trafalgar, and will do so again! Best way to travel worry free, they make sure you see all the important sights but also provide hidden gems... places you likely would NEVER have known about or found on your own!

Almost imposs8ble to find and extreemly poorly placed, almost feels intentional

Did a recent trip to Switzerland and France. There's no better way to see the world. The travel director was great and very knowledgeable. The trip had a nice balance of must sees and time to explore on our own. Never had to worry about driving around or looking up anything do to on our free time. The next trip can't come soon enough. Simply the Best!

Great tour company with very professional and knowledgeable tour guides. Nice to get a discount and recognized for traveling with them previously. Always felt safe. Hotels were great. Driver is amazing. Best way to travel... not having to think about what to do, put your luggage outside the door and it s picked up for you. Great optional excursions and hidden gems with locals.
