PLEASE READ: The absolute WORST experience over all. I am extremely disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would. Not only was the hair frizzy and full of split ends, the ends started turning black after a couple weeks. I spent almost $500 and I 100% regret it. After 5 weeks my stylist, who is experienced in tape ins, took them out to move them up (using their recommended products) and I ve lost HALF of my hair. I am not over exaggerating. I haven t stop crying all day. The extensions themselves have lost so much hair as well. We tried to call and they can t find the order even though we have proof with receipt and bank charges. They refuse to give back any money and said they can only provide me maintenance tips . The worst costumer service. SUCH BS. I m begging you, do NOT buy from these products. A complete scam. If I would have known I d spend $500 for 5 weeks of long hair ending with a nightmare I would have never ordered. I just want my money back, please.
