At such a level it is not acceptable to have to make an appointment with a salesperson once you arrive at the store! I wanted to pay for a voucher for my wife, this clearly triggered panic among the sales staff and the cashier and it was very difficult to find a manager who finally resolved my request. Can do much better ... when you claim to be a luxury brand!
