The Vanderbilt Ritz Carlton on the beach in Naples is a gorgeous resort!!!! We had an amazing balcony room overlooking the gulf of Mexico! even during this pandemic, service was GREAT! Everyone was wearing masks, which was so nice to see! They have hand sanitizer everywhere. The adult pool is very nice, quiet, soft music in the back ground. We rented a private cabana 2 days in a row - comes fully stocked and again, great personable service! Room service menu is legit! We enjoyed spa services! Very nice spa - love the steam room. Ask for JACKIE - I had a deep tissue massage and she was so good! not too deep just the right amount of pressure. I would ask for her again!!!! you won't be disappointed - I get a lot of massages. She's great!
The hotel is busier on the weekend then during the week. The shops are and the restaurants are all open. They all have specific hours of operation. Only 2 people in the elevators at a time, which was GREAT! signs everywhere just for reminders. All in all, we absolutely loved our stay at this Ritz and will definitely be back!!!!!
