I called the hotel directly three times to make a reservation for a wedding that we will be attending in May at the hotel. The operator answered and transferred me to reservations. I talked with someone on the phone in reservations but then I was hung up on midway through the conversation. I called back and the operator picked up the line and transferred me again. There was no answer so the call went back to the operator who stated that no one was picking up- then she hung up on me! I called back and she transferred me again. No answer again so it went back to the operator. I asked her not to hang up on me and to please page the person in reservations or allow me to leave a voicemail. She hung up on me again! What a complete and ridiculous failure in customer service! I will find another hotel to stay at for the wedding.
