Came to visit Vancouver for my stag, requested a luxury sport SUV at first, such as a jeep Grand Cherokee Srt. This car was unavailable so I rented their Platinum Edition Escalade instead. Had this vehicle delivered at my hotel and picked up upon return. Had their rental agreement explained thoroughly and the driver happily answered any questions I had. Didn't feel rushed at all, so i took my time understanding their terms and conditions. Great service, friendly people and an AWESOME selection of luxury cars. P.S. Vancouver is a beautiful city, had a great weekend here and all my buddies enjoyed it.
