I had a similar experience as one of the reviewers.
Evergreen Destroyed my lawn and made all sorts of promises they never followed up on.
I called them numerous times and I talked to one of there supervisors. More lip service and no follow ups.
I have done several services myself to get my lawn back in decent condition.

UPDATE- I now have a new lawn care company and my yard looks fantastic... The response below from Evergreen is "just the same lip service" I received when I was a customer. I gave them 2 seasons (2 years) to fix the problem "they" created. I would have to say avoid them and look elsewhere.
