Baohaus is a hole in the wall type establishment with graffiti and Eddie Huang's accolades (he passed the NY state bar!) plastered on the walls and old school hip hop blasting from the speakers. Eddie makes really good baos and they're really affordable. One is perfect for a snack and 2 or 3 (or 4 or 5) make for a delicious meal. The beef cheek one was definitely my favorite. The fried chicken one was really good too! The baos (the white bun that holds all the goodies) are authentic, as are the garnishes on some of the baos (cilantro, chopped peanuts, etc). The taro fries are also a must try.
