I just wanted to share a truly great experience I had at Smythe Volvo this week. I found a car online that was a new arrival at this dealership. I called from out of state and was fortunate enough to connect with Eric Kulawczyk from the sales department. Eric was super helpful in relaying back everything that I wanted to know about the car. He even went the extra mile and took a video from his phone while walking around the car and emailed it to me so I could see exactly what it looked like. I must have watched that video 20 times! As far as the price, it was fair.... and the relaxed atmosphere and simple to do business with approach made me a very satisfied customer. I will gladly make the 2 hour drive back to Smythe again when my wife or in-laws are ready for a new car. Do yourself a favor and check out Smythe.
