We went on New Year s Eve with a large group. However the restaurant was not super busy and we did make reservations far in advance. Let me start off with the only one positive- The food was amazing! Food alone would be a 4 star however the service was terrible. Two people in the group didn t get their food served until everyone else was done eating, about a 30 minute delay in their food arriving. There was no explanation really for this, the meal was comped but it still ruined the experience. It was also hard to track the server down to ask when the food would be coming for the two people who never received their food. Also someone requested condiments, which took an excessive amount of time to be brought to our table. We did speak to a manager about the food not arriving in a timely manner, who was a bit rude and didn t have a caring attitude towards the situation.

No water was served to the table. Plus the drinks were full of ice and maybe you got three sips out out them. However we never really got a chance to ask for water or additional drinks- the waitress sparsely came around to the table.

We were seated in the bar area and was told in advance that we would be given separate tables beside each other. We had agreed to this. The reservation was for 19 people however the tables only sat a maximum of 16 people and the others had to squish on the end with zero leg room. I understand it was New Year s Eve however the overall experience was a major let down.
