My name is Harold Panchoo (4948195) and I have an official complaint concerning the quality - smell and taste of your 400 ml Blue Waters product. It was purchased at Pricesmart La Romain at the beginning of July 2015. I would like some action to be taken to collect and test the purity of your product to ensure that standards are met. I will be contacting the Bureau of Standards and delivering it to be tested by them if I do not hear from you. Thank you for a quick response.
