This place is a joke. The triage was good and fast but once they put you in a room they forget about you. Once the PA came in she says I'm sorry to keep you waiting, I thought someone already saw you. Smfh. Then we wait some more. And then wait some more. More waiting. More waiting. Still waiting. And waiting yet again. If you love waiting. This is the place to be. Smgdmfh!!! I would give negative stars if I could. For those that now of Franklin square, we would have been better off going there.
