I chose this restaurant to have a business lunch due to the seating capacity. We entered as a small group and sat ourselves as directed by the sign. There were QR code menus on the table for ordering purposes, wonderful. The site used did not offer a split check option, but we worked with it and placed our orders. As the orders were completed, a young man brought them to the table randomly. Everyone got their food except my colleague and I. So we waited patiently. 30 minutes later, still no food. 40 minutes later, still no food. And I could understand if they were busy, but they weren't.
Finally, I thought to ask about my order at the bar area. The server checked the system and says she'll take care of it right away. Ok, I thought, progress, only to be extremely disappointed that it was time to leave and we still didn't have our food (approx 20 min after alerting bartender).
Once we got up to leave, the young man brought my food out but not my colleague's. I asked to speak with manager. Manager took about 10 minutes to come out.
Long story short we asked to be compensated for the poor service which the manager stated there are no servers due to covid pandemic, yet they charge automatic gratuity to your check.
Upside- food had lots of flavor. Downside-Undesirable dine in experience.
