It s a Government Agency. Getting to this facility can be sort of tricky because of the location (sort of hidden) and poor road signs leading there. I would recommend using google map. In the same vein, transportation means to this area can be difficult also due to the location.
The facility is clean and with good signages. I was privileged to be at the Orientation Centre, which was designed in a Hall theatre style.
The car parks/lots both inside and outside are good.
