The signs outside the buildings were not there and...

The signs outside the buildings were not there and didn't really know where to enter for the conference. Just had to guess until you got indoors and there were signs everywhere! The hotel staff assisting with the event was not really friendly. They were just working and keeping straight faces even when you tried to say something casually funny. They just didn't want to be there! The hotel itself was very nice, however, and kept up well. Major issue was the air conditioning- the rooms for the exhibits were insanely hot from the sun coming into the room. Not something to make people stay, that's for sure.
