Really nice place to spend the day if you're at all interested in pre-colonial American history, or the history of settlement of the East Coast. Very engaging, lots of things to watch and do. The wooded grounds are beautiful. There is a bit of walking to do but the paths are broad and well-maintained with handrails in many places. It is a Living Museum so you will have a much better experience and learn a lot more if you take the time to interact with the reenactors. On the Native American side they're all native peoples going about the life they would have lived in that Village. in the English Village there are reenactors living the lives of actual historical occupants of the homes and the original settlement as well as modern-day docents who can interact with you from a more modern perspective.
Highly recommended. The entry fee for two adults and two elementary school children was just under $100 but a ticket is good for two consecutive days. After spending four hours there I would still love to go back tomorrow and spend more time interacting with people on site.
