One of the worst experiences ever!! They straight up lied to our faces about not being able to lower the sticker price due to a new California Law that came out two weeks ago.....When we asked what that law was , if they had a memo or the name of the law the sales manager changed the subject! Guess what? Honda of Long Beach had never heard of that "law" and didn't have a problem lowering the sticker price!!! And the funny thing is that our family had already gotten two cars from that dealership.... They aren't getting any more business from us or any referrals!! If I were you I would go to a dealership who respects the client and doesn't come up with lies to make more money!
