UPDATE: Business reached out to me and apologized. The Ben & Jerry rep did their best to resolve my issue. They also discussed the matter with the employee. I feel like my issue has been resolved.

ORIGINAL: Our family of four came 40 mins before closing. The line was very long, but the process seemed to be well organized. After staying in line for about 20-25 minutes, we ordered ice cream at window #5, gave our name and were told to wait away to be called at window #4. We saw 3 parties who were in line in front of us being called. We then saw about 9 parties who were after us being called. Finally, I came to window and asked if they have an order for Robert. I said we wanted for a really long time. The young gentleman with shot dark blond hair looked around and then walked to window #5. He then returned and said: I have your order now . There was no apology. I asked him what happened and why our order was so delayed. He got very irritated that I was dare fo ask that question. He responded: We are busy and your order got lose in the shuffle, but as I said before, it is being prepare now . We were the last people being serviced as everyone already got their ice cream. When we were at window #5 ordering, there were about a dozen parties behind us who already got serviced and left. I understand that things like these might happen even when the process seems so well organized. The issue is luck of proper customer service attitude. All the should have done is to be apologetic. Instead, he was annoyed, short, and unapologetic. Pretty upsetting after driving here and waiting almost 30 mins in line and then waiting another 25 mins because your order got lost.
