I arrived last weekend with a reservation from Expedia just to find out the hotel had cancelled my reservation. The front desk staff claimed my credit card was declined. Not sure how that is possible and not hear anything for a month since I made the reservation. Hotel then offered me to reinstate my reservation but at a daily rate higher than my original rate. Furthermore, no King size beds were available like I had requested, and ended up getting a room with two beds instead.
The front desk attendant Carlos was incompetent, gave me a key that didn't work to the elevator, finally someone else helped me and I was advised the was no key needed for elevator. Finally got to room and key didn't work, one more trip to desk had me interact with Carlos who just ran into the back and let someone else help me. One and a half hour later I was finally able to enjoy room. The room was newly remodeled and pleasant, TV didn't work but was fixed in about an hour's time.
Restaurant was good but casino floor was lacking any excitement.
After all this inconvenience, hotel refused to hand out any kind of olive branch to remedy their lack of customer service.
