We walked through the door to be nosey about 3 years ago. Jan welcomed us in and took us on a tour. From that point on we knew one day we could build our dream home. Around a year later we received an invitation to come to the open house weekend. Was a great weekend learning from everyone. Jan has taken care of us and has listened to help us create exactly what want. This week we sat down with Jan and Derrick to finalize our plans. Hoping by this time next year we will be in our new home.
