DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!! they are liars, and not trustworthy period. I went to buy an Atlas from them. They pushed me in to buying one as I was a first time buyer. They did not take time to explain all paper works and just urged us signing them all. They misled me signing the non-refundable deposite/downpayment. When I tried to back out the deal 36 hours after I signed. The sales manager Jason was very rude and impatient, and refused to refund me. In additional, he would not provide any proof to show dealer's cost when selling me the car when I asked for a partial refund. He end up straight up blaming the customer for shopping around. I had to questions myself, as a first time buyer, is it against ethic to shop around before buying? I would strongly suggest to go out try other two dealers in town to see if they can give you better deals. I found out that Southgate VW has the worst business compare with the other two in town, Norden and Sherwood Park. The reason must be obvious, poor customer service, rude sales manager and over priced cars. AGAIN, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
