Goodness gracious. There could not have been a better night stay at a more friendly, genuine, and luxurious place. My trip was beyond compare with incredible views, unprecedented guest relations and customer service and I was treated like a VIP. The staff made sure to check in, the room was brilliantly lit, well stocked with wonderful amenities and the bed... the BED was the best nights sleeps I have gotten, in a long while. Within very close walking distance to main Kansas City attractions, I guarantee you could not have better services than what we received at The Westin, Crown center. I will be returning on any business, or pleasure related trip anytime we are there. SPECTACULAR indeed.
