Very unsatisfied; Booked a facial online this morning and adjusted my program today. Just been called by Treatwell asking if I had already been called this morning that the appointment could not go through: not so ...
At the moment it is very difficult to find another appointment for today; In addition, I only get my money back in 3 - 5 working days.
Of course it can happen that an appointment cannot go through (has happened often, unfortunately), but what bothers me is that this had been known to Treatwell for some time and that this was not shared with me as a customer.
