Still trying to figure out why a federal loan serv...

Still trying to figure out why a federal loan servicer is consistently LESS COMPETENT than the federal freaking government. Can't do a single useful thing to manage your loan online. But oh, they say, we accept faxes--great. Because so many people in the age bracket you're dealing with (or ANYONE, for that matter) has convenient access to a fax machine.

I keep my interactions with them as minimal as possible because every single one of them makes my blood boil. Add to that that their website is clunky and absurdly complicated to access and it's just a headache and a half. You would think that in an area of SLC as developer-heavy as they are, they could at least afford a decent front-end designer to make things even slightly more user-friendly. I keep hoping my loan will get sold again, which is how I ended up dealing with these guys in the first place.
