After experiencing an engine failure of my 2013 RX 350 with only 89K, James Burbine, the service manager came through after Lexus corporate denied any assistance with the repair. Due to having to remove the engine in order to properly diagnose the issue it was a tough decision but James made me feel comfortable with making the investment to find out what caused the failure. In the end it turned out to be a broken valve spring. Far less costly than replacing the engine. The repair was done and I have pout 1350 miles on a trip to Canada. The car ran flawlessly. Kudos to James and his tech staff. They did an amazing job and I now feel that I will have my car for a long time. I would recommend Herb Chambers dealerships to anyone! Thanks- Sonny Rapozo
