When going to any dealership, do your own research on YouTube and review websites of the vehicle you're interested in. Mine was the RAV4 hybrid and RAV4 hybrid prime. Know what features you absolutely need in the vehicle and what you can live without. My salesman was Steve Burgh and he was really quick to take that test drive as was I. Bought the last hybrid on the lot. Steve was a joy to work with as I knew what I needed in a vehicle.
