There were bed bugs in my room and they offered to clean my room but I insisted on moving so they moved me into another room. I asked to have my clothes dry cleaned but they said it already went out for the day. The staff was nice and apologetic but didn't offer any helpful solutions to my problems. It was an awful experience I still have the bites a few days later.

Update 10/20: Because of the owners response saying there were "no bed bugs detected" I would like to submit further proof that there were actually bed bugs. I have added photos of the bites and the actual bug I saw on the white comforter in the hotel. I am not trying to get anything free, my only gain here is for the hotel to take responsibility for the terrible two days I stayed in their hotel and to help others not go through the same.
