This is the first time I have used this service. my experience with the actual service provider and their customer care personnel was great. I received a phone call to confirm my order, right after it was placed . I believe David was who i spoke with, and all made my payment and immediately received an
invoice showing paid in full.( I do love that they are hooked up to PayPal and it's really easy process to make payments that way)
Now the whole process that happened in a matter of three or four minutes. so,I'm extremely happy at this point waiting on my food. ( This is what lazy people do when they're hungry)
Unfortunately, I received another call from David telling me that the place that I ordered from unfortunately, closed early and now I'm going to starve !!!
No, but seriously,they had closed early so I'm not getting my food but this was not by any means the fault of the delivery service; they had great customer service and were very prompt &professional. he issued a refund almost as quickly as he did the initial invoicing; So, All thumbs up for my initial use!
I will try to use you guys again, in the very near future!
