This place get two stars cause their food is good....

This place get two stars cause their food is good. I ve been put on hold for 10+ minutes multiple times with this place. I order food from this place all the time and in the last month or so the service has gone down hill. Today, after waiting on hold for 10 minutes and then finally calling from a different phone and asking to speak to a manger I finally ordered. When I went to pick my food up the place was a ghost town!! How the hell do you put someone on hold for that long when it s not even busy. I m still waiting for the manager to get in at 6 so I can call and complain.
