Awful customer service. Sandra Berry who I specifically dealt with was disingenuous and had no people skills. When you have a special circumstance which affected your credit score, they'll tell you to write a note for the owner but once they've made their money, they don't bother getting in touch with you or communicating to the owner. They deal in fraudulent and discriminatory practices (IE ignoring proven documented income, exaggerating a late rent payment from years back in a 10 year rental history.)
