I have just finished using Pathways for the 2nd ti...

I have just finished using Pathways for the 2nd time. The first time I worked with them they were fantastic and the therapist assigned was very responsive. This time around, they did not have a therapist available in my area (Buford) for several months. They did not communicate with me about when one would be starting and in the meantime they provided a Behavioral therapist.

The issues we had with our boy were getting worse and the staff at Pathways recommended additional sessions over and over, but never followed through on setting them up. We finally got a regular therapist, but it was too late.

I am completely disappointed this time around. Please try to find another company to work with. Pathways is short staffed and doesn't seem to care.

I'm glad I won't need to continue with them. Sorry that we all failed this child.
