the worst online shopping experience ever! I paid for more than 200CAD for lego for my kids, do not received anything for more than a month, the customer service info me the refund will be processed after they receivewd the goods back. And the item will be ship back to their company after 10 days of final notice. After a month, I still not got the refund, I contact with customer service again, they told me this time, I need to track the package my own and be responsible for make sure it back to the warehouse. This is totally different than what he told me a month ago. the issue is still not solved! I get not the shipment nor the refund! I am now very suffer about their irresponsible about my shopping and really really bad experience.
