I've requested service to resolve timers on common area lights to my building on multiple occasions over the past several months with no resolve. Today I escalated this request to Gloria one of your service representatives. I would appreciate getting this issue resolved as it has now become a safety issue for my tenants. Note: there are also several emails pertaining to this and other issues addressed to Mr. Clark and other staff members which have gone without a response.
