Doug and Lynette were amazing from the beginning to the end. Both were accessible almost immediately for every question or concern, and made the process of my refinance seem effortless. They went above and beyond any mortgage team I have ever worked with. Doug would not stop looking at innovative ways to improve my loan package until he found something substantial, and even when the appraisal came in lower than we anticipated he managed to obtain a great rate and loan package must better than the original. Lynette was present throughout the process and they both were fun to work with. Doug and Lynette would be the first people I would come to for a future loan or any mortgage needs whatsoever. I m very grateful to have found them.
