Have not dealt with the service crew yet but my purchase experience was wonderfully smooth for a 2016 Malibu Prestige. I did my homework on the deal before I went there, we ordered the car and waited a few months. The deal went through as planned. Steve is top notch. All the staff in the sales area were very good.
