Horrible service once the purchase was completed. Paid for their offered service to arrange a third party (Appliance Evolution) to perform gass fitting, assembly, and install. That company did not complete the work on the agreed upon date, was highly disorganized, and failed to show up on agreed-upon follow-up dates (without calling or explaining). Applicatiance Canada offered little to no support and would was not apologetic or willing to offer alternatives. Especially poor follow-up and lack of empathy from the General Manager. Very sad way to build and maintain relationships. It is clear why they have an overall low rating, and that their business stems from one-off sales, vs repeat business and/or referrals.
