DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM.... I would give no stars if I could.
I recently wrote a very poor review on this firm citing poor correspondence and communication......then I retracted it because Ivy called and was upset with her offices poor performance. She promised to follow up and expedite my settlement. She offered to make good the settlement in 45 days if the settlement had not been received. It is now 60 days and she refuses to return my calls or text messages and hangs up on me when I call her cell.
My accident was 3 years ago and it has been 6 months since settlement papers were signed...and I have NOTHING. And to insult me more , I received a $5 first aid kit in the mail as a token addressed to me or current resident. WHAT???? or current resident??AND THEY ARE GETTING 45% OF MY SETTLEMENT!!!!!
THIS IS THE WORST LAW FIRM EVER!!!
