Worst job I ever did. This is modern day mill work. You are a number, not a person and you'll be expected to work to the point of burn out, hence why nobody with any ambition or sense stays in the place longer than they need to I was off sick because of a sickness and vomiting bug that went round this place, and I was told to stay off for a week. I wasn't however paid for the time off work because I was less than 6 months in to my contract.
The management is made up of belligerent powerseekers who have 9/10 failed in other career paths, therefore feel they've got a real sense of responsibility, however this is towards pleasing their own bosses and not helping staff. Avoid working in this hellish place at all costs.
