Rooms were clean and nice but we thought the resor...

Rooms were clean and nice but we thought the resort fee was paid when we booked. They also had no shuttle service to the airport although we booked the hotel with our flight. The additional expenses were unexpected and not clearly communicated. Not having morning coffee didn't help!
