My daughter took our car in for service. The mechanic pressured her into thinking she needed to either buy a new car or spend over $2000 to fix it. He also lied and wrote on the paperwork that she stated there were oil stains on the cement where she parks.

Disgusting that he tried to take advantage of a young person in this manner. We have bought 7 cars here and will never fraternize Hendrick Honda again.
