Visited the Karndean showroom today for the first time, in the hope that we might find some inspiration and assistance in making a decision on flooring. What a superb place. From the moment we arrived at reception and booked in we received excellent service from every member of staff we came in contact with. From reception through to design rooms, the Karndean personnel were first class and nothing was too much trouble. Every design and colour of flooring is available over two floors and clearly presented with colour wheels and other sections of laid flooring and samples. We eventually made a number of choices on colours and styles and were aided incredibly well in narrowing this down by the support and knowledgeable questioning with Julie Ellis, our design consultant. Julie demonstrated the multiple ways the flooring could be presented and left us with numerous large samples of our narrowed down choices to see "in reality" at home. A tremendous choice of products and a day that was made successful through the efforts of great staff. If you are looking for flooring and excellent unpressured service visit Karndean's showroom.
