If I could give no stars I probably would. This was supposed to be a special time as a Valentine s Day gift to myself and my boyfriend and it was the worst experience I ve ever had. Before I asked them to go firm and I felt like the entire time I was just getting lotion rubbed on me. For like 3 minutes she applied pressure to my shoulders and I assumed maybe this is how it starts and the rest just lotion all over. If I wanted to be lotioned I could have stayed home and got that done for free. I didn t feel relaxed, so much I asked them to stop so I could speak to my boyfriend. Even with them stepping out to give us time, we didn t get our full hour. I read reviews and this seems to be a hugeness problem. If you are going to do 40 minutes or work, you should advertise as so. With this being my boyfriends first time he seemed to be fine even though he thought the massage came with more. We checked after and we didn t get what we paid for. I honestly wanted to cry because this special moment and time of needed relaxation was ruined but I didn t want to seem ungrateful. I d honestly like to know if all of their therapists are licensed because it seems to have a few amateurs. Now, a day after here I am in complete pain. To see that I m not the only person who feels this way shows me that nothing is being done about this issue.
