synergy don't care,are disrespectful and blunt , cannot update details for my father even though i have power of attorney . if i could give no stars i would ,really unprofessional company,they make money selling western power's energy- why don't we just get wholesale from western power instead of these parasites-they don't do repairs either western power does !!! poeple please contact your politicians now or just spread by social media .
