Wow. Came in and with a diagnostic review so I already knew what the problem was going to be. was told 90 minutes for a diagnostic test, which ok you have to check yourself to make sure... took 3.5 hrs. then was told 2 hours to fix the cam shaft. took 3 more hours. meanwhile i see the mechanic speeding down the street with my car. was told I was test driving to ensure the work. bull. never again. the only reason for the extra star, the work, as expected was good and they fixed the problem. but price, wait time, and customer service... substandard. you wait in the office and bino and Lynn act like they dont see you. needs improving.
