Unpleasant experience. I ordered a pair of boots in size 11, received the package. The box says "11" but the boots themselves say "10". Odd. So I went to the store to have them exchanged thinking it was a human error but I was greeted with a condescending employee showing no empathy. Before I finished my sentence she cut me off by saying it was normal because these are UK sizes. I showed her the box where it said "11" and under the shoe where it said "10" and she kept repeating oh it's normal, it's normal. The proper response would be "I'm so sorry for the mixup but our size system is like this because ___". She just didn't care. Now I have to go elsewhere to find boots. Bummer.
