I was late for my appointment ( passport renewal) ...

I was late for my appointment ( passport renewal) due to train traffic (hello, MTA ) and came in 2 minutes before closing. Honestly ,I was 100% sure that they will reschedule my appointment ( I've waited for it for over a month ) and send me home. NOT only they took care of me, they even helped me with filling in the forms and went above and beyond!Needless to say they've exceeded all my expectations!The passport was ready in a little over a month.Very happy and satisfied with the whole experience! Want to thank everyone who works in the consulate!
