Great hotel and polite professional staff, but there was one odd and disappointing business practice that I observed.
On my reservation, I was notified that the hotel would be imposing a "destination charge" of $12.95 per day. However, when I reviewed my folio after arriving home, I noticed that I'd actually been charged $15.95 daily. Though I notified the hotel of the error, I've gotten no explanation.
While it's a small amount of money, the principal is an important one. Please check your folio carefully. (If marriott staff are reading this, please refer to reservation confirmation #83381869)
